General Questions
How do I get started?
Getting started with Femail Creations affiliate program is an easy three part process -
Click here to go to Commission Junction and complete our affiliate program application.
If you're already a member, just click here to log in.
Once we've reviewed your application and you're approved for our program, you'll receive an email instructing you on how to link to Femail Creations and start earning money.

Does it cost anything to be a Femail Creations affiliate?
Femail Creations affiliate program is 100% free! It costs nothing to join - there are no startup fees, hidden costs, or other charges for membership.

What type of sites can become Femail Creations affiliates?
Femail Creations is open to establishing relationships with all sites that are interested in selling our products. However, before you can become a Femail Creations affiliate, we will need to review the content and design of your site to ensure that it meets our guidelines.
In general, we prefer to work with sites that:
1) Are well designed and aesthetically pleasing.
2) Do not use inappropriate content or other offensive material.
3) Are completely functional and up and running.
We reserve the right to temporarily turn down any site that is down or is currently under heavy construction. However, once the site has been completed and is fully functional, the site may reapply to our affiliate program at any time.

Are there any restrictions or guidelines for the design of my site?
We believe each affiliate should have the freedom to design their site and promotional programs as they choose. However, the site must be designed to meet the standards set by Femail Creations as stated above.

No, you must have an existing web site to become a Femail Creations affiliate.

What if I want to frame the Femail Creations site?
At Femail Creations, we realize that driving traffic to your site is very important. You may frame our site, however, we do ask that you make sure all the correct coding is used on the pages were our site is framed.

Will Femail Creations do anything to promote my site?
Femail Creations will promote your site, but we do require that you earn our praises by becoming one of our top performing affiliates. We will provide a link on our site to those sites that prove to be outstanding affiliates as well as highlight these sites in through promotional campaigns and monthly affiliate newsletter.

If my web site is based outside of the United States, can I become a Femail Creations affiliate?
Yes, we encourage all sites, wherever they may reside, to become a Femail Creations affiliate. However, our site is currently unable to process orders for customers who live outside the United States or Canada. Individuals who live outside of this area may still order Femail Creations products, but they must do so either by mail or telephone.

You will be provided with a instructions on how to create banner, product, and text links for Femail Creations from your Commission Junction Affiliate account once you are approved for our program. Commission Junction provides excellent reference materials on how to create and manage links in their current "Getting Started" guide for Affiliates, which can be downloaded from the CJU -- Commission Junction's online training web site.

Will you assist me with setting up links on my site?
Yes and no. You are responsible for the content of your site as well as choosing the links that you will use to send your visitors to Femail Creations. You are also responsible for incorporating those links into the structure of your site. However, we are willing to provide assistance on technical issues or problems you have with any of the banners, text links, or images we have created.

How can I promote Femail Creations?
You may promote Femail Creations by using the banners, text links, and other images we have created for our program. We have found that incorporating text links into the content you have created for your site is the most effective marketing tool for generating sales. In addition, affiliates who have used text links in e-mail newsletters or campaigns have found this to be a highly effective means for driving product sales.

Yes. You are welcome to link to Femail Creations from multiple sites as long as these sites meet the approval criteria as described above, which is required to join our program. All URLs you will be linking from must be submitted to us for approval before posting any banners, images, or links for Femail Creations.

No. At this time, Femail Creations is not currently paying for affiliate referrals, but we do sincerely appreciate your endorsement of our program.

How much do I get paid?
Femail Creations's affiliate commission rates are very competitive and among the highest paid by affiliate programs on the World Wide Web. As a member of Femail Creations's program, you will earn 8% on every order you refer.

What products can I earn commissions on?
Femail Creations pays commissions on all products sold through your site links. You will have the opportunity to earn commission on all of the high-quality plus size active and casual wear or accessories we sell.

Do you compensate affiliates if a customer doesn't make a purchase on their first visit, but returns later to buy a product?
Yes, using Commission Junction's tracking technology we are able to credit affiliates for all customer purchases that occur within the first 14 days after their initial visit to our web site. In fact, if the customer makes more than one purchase during this time period, our affiliates are compensated for the additional sales.

When and how often do I get paid?
All commissions are paid on a monthly basis, as long as affiliates have earned $25 or more in commissions during the month. Commission checks are distributed by Commission Junction. CJ accumulates all commissions affiliates have earned for advertisers on their network and pays them in one monthly commission check, which can be issued in the affiliate's national currency.

How do I keep track of the sales my site has generated and the commissions I have earned?
Once you are a Femail Creations affiliate and a member of the Commission Junction network, you will be able easily to run a wide variety of reports using the "Run Reports" function in the CJ Account Manager. These reports will provide you with information on your web site's sales, link performance, and many other important statistics you will want to track to maximize your web site's sales potential.

If I operate more than one web site, can you track them separately but pay me with one commission check?
Yes. If you will be linking to Femail Creations from more than one web site and wish to track sales for these sites separately, you can add a new URL to your affiliate account on the Commission Junction network using the "Account" tab of CJ's Account Manager. Once you've updated this information for your account, all you have to do is select this URL when you are creating links and/or running reports. CJ's tracking technology will report sales and other statistics for each URL separately.

How do I change my account information?
As a Femail Creations affiliate and affiliate on the Commission Junction network, if you need to make changes you can easily update your account information by clicking on the "Account" tab in the Account Manager section of Commission Junction.

How do I cancel my account?
You can terminate your affiliation with Femail Creations at any time through the Commission Junction Account Manager by displaying your current advertisers, locating Femail Creations on your advertiser list, and clicking on the "Drop Program" link.

Promoting My Web Site
Can I change or personalize the images provided by Femail Creations?
No, you may not alter any of the images provided by Femail Creations.

What kind of advertising can I do?
We encourage all of our affiliates to use their own creativity in advertising and promoting Femail Creations. You may promote our company and products in newsletters or e-mails to your site subscribers, by writing articles, or - even better - order from Femail Creations and write a customer testimonial telling your site visitors about our excellent customer service and beautiful selection of unique gifts for women.

What kind of advertising is prohibited?
As a Femail Creations affiliate, you are prohibited from promoting our company or products by sending unsolicited e-mails (AKA spam). Violation of this policy may result in temporary suspension or termination of your relationship with Femail Creations.

Can I do a press release or other kind of announcement regarding my affiliation with Femail Creations?
Yes. However, any announcements made to the media regarding Femail Creations or its products must be provided to us for review and authorization before they are submitted to the media.
