And now for the boring, but necessary fine print:

TIME PERIOD. This sweepstakes begins on September 1, 2008 and ends on January 10, 2009. Femail Creations assumes no responsibility for lost, late or misdirected entries.
PRIZE. All will be awarded. Prize will consist of 1 Grand Prize, consisting of two round trip plane tickets to northern California to attend the Dreams-Come-True Party, one night hotel accommodation at the Sofitel Hotel, two tickets to the event, a Dream University Dream Kit and a one hour personal coaching session with Marcia Wieder.
DRAWING. Winner will be selected in a random drawing of entries received by January 10, 2009 and all Fabulous Femail Club members who join by January 10, 2009. The drawing will be held on or about January 15, 2009 by Femail Creations whose decision is final. Winners will be notified by phone or mail by January 15, 2009. The odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received.
ELIGIBILITY. The sweepstakes is open to U.S. legal residents 18 years of age or older only. Employees of Femail Creations and Barefoot Parties and Consultants and their family members are not eligible. Affiliates of Femail Creations are not eligible. This offer is void where prohibited or restricted by federal, state or local laws. Applicable taxes are the sole responsibility of the winners. Winners may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and a publicity release that will allow the use of winner's name by Femail Creations and Barefoot Parties.
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. All Fabulous Femail Club Members are automatically entered! No purchase or payment of money is necessary to enter. To enter the Dreams Come True Sweepstakes, fill out the form on the Femail Creations website. Your name, mailing address, phone number, and email address are required for entry. Fax, phone, and mail entries are not valid. Limit one entry per person
